- Monthly board meetings are open to members * who are in good standing (paid up on assessment and annual dues) * for observation. The board reserves the right to open or not open the floor to member participation.
- Who is a member: Members are those who own lots or units within the association. This means that only those whose names appear on the unit or property title can attend. Please see By-Laws of Tempo Lake Glade Association, Article 1: Membership, Section 1 and following.
- This is respectful meeting and all present are expected to behave and speak in a respectful manner. If this is not honored, the offending member will be asked to leave.
