In order to save Tempo Lake Glade Association (TLGA) spending your dues on costly mailings, and to expedite communications to its members, TLGA is required to have the written consent of each member in order to communicate electronically (mobile phone, email, computer). This can be done electronically by going to JotForm here and submitting the form via your computer or smart phone, or by printing the form below and handing it to any TLGA board member or mailing it to the PO Box on the bottom of the form.
